The old cheese factory building used for The Richmond Haunted Mansion is believed by many to be truly haunted! The history of the 105 year old building does indicate that this could be true. In 105 years, some workers and a few transients died in the building. Mix that in with the various unwholesome activities of hundreds, even thousands of young teenagers who have broken into the building over the past 25 years and you get a recipe of possible paranormal activity. This is not taking into account that there are unknown events that have occurred within the walls of this building. In 105 years of existence, something is bound to take place.

Many cast members herd loud banging noises and felt very uneasy during the 2007 season within some areas of the building. There are areas of the building where nothing is felt and then there are a few areas where people feel uneasy and the hair does stand on the back of their neck.

Several paranormal research groups such as Paranormal Utah and Unknown Utah have completed preliminary investigations on the building used for the Richmond Haunted Mansion. These paranormal groups will complete their investigations over the next few months. Each group will spend all night in the building. As each investigation is completed, we will post the videos of each episode here for your viewing. Join us as they go into places never accessible to the general public.
